Wetland Decision-Making

Evaluates participation in restoration decision-making

Broad Participation in Restoration Decision-Making Ensures Far-Reaching Benefits

For restoration to serve all of the Estuary’s communities, it is critical to have broad participation in decisions about where publicly-funded restoration is located and what benefits are provided. Decision-makers must have adequate access to and influence on the process of decision-making in order to ensure their perspectives are addressed.

This is a new indicator for the State of Our Estuary. The status and trend information for this indicator is currently under development and will be released on this page during a future update.
